70 A . . We, the class of 1959, wish to dedicate this annual to a teacher and a friend--Miss Rose Marie Kersey. She not only was a teacher during her 24 years of service to the community, but she was a friend and advisor to all those who needed help and advice. Miss Kersey has retired from teaching, but the memory of her and of her contribution to the field of education, and to her community will live within the walls of Shannon High School for years to come. 3
