Basketball The Shannon Eagles had a fair season this year winning eight and losing fourteen games. They ended up in a threeway tie for third place in the confer- ence with Thomson and Chadwich each winning and losing five. The seniors who graduate this year are George Kriske, Tom Stevens, James Hartman, and Wilmer Jacobs. Shannon's prospects for next year's team look good with Richard Fransen and Gerald Elseman coming up from the second team and seven juniors coming back.
