Student Council Standing: Pat Colliton, Rodman Bailey, Thomas Walker, John Connolly, George Zwack, Dale Mickelson. Seated: Lynne Murphy, Therese Foy, Patrick Conrny, Connie Hogan, Marilyn Yunker, Joanne Marquart. In addition to its regular duties the Council this year revised its constituf tion to take care of the additional activities resulting from the new building. The Council drew up the constitution for the Alpha Chapter of the 4 I I - National Honor Society. When this constitution was approved by the Nation' Pafflsk Collmmf V156 Pfegdem al office, the Council at a special meeting elected the officers for the new society and planned the induction ceremony. In April, the President with five other Council members represented Shanley at the first State Convention of Student Councils in North Dakota. Patrick Coniny, President Connie Hogan. Secretaryffreasurei Frosh, Sophs, Junior Council Because of the recent exodus of the upper classmen to Shanley High, a Junior Student Council has been organized in the old building among the Freshmen and Sophomore Classes.
