Our clans oliicers were: president - Dick Duppstadt: vice president - Har- vey Berkey: secretary - Bonnie Miller: treasurer - Shelby Hillegas. There were four cheerleaders, Bonnie Miller, Barbara Glessner, Donna Ross, and Shelby Hillegas, represented from our class and two basketball players, Calvin Fulton and Donnie Ross. Our class members also participated in F. F. A., F. H. A., band, chorus, Student Council, and Viklet Staff. In August 1956, 40 anxious students awaited the coming year. Mr. Lowry and Mrs. Barron were our advisors. Officers that year were: president - Eddie Duppstadt: vice president - Donna Ross: secretary - Bonnie Miller, treasurer - Barbara Glesfner, We participated in band, chorus, girls ensemble. All- County band, basketball, cheerleading, Student Coun- cil, F. F. A., F. H. A., Viklet Staff, Art Club, and intramural sports. Our junior year was a big success with Mrs. Doak as our advisor and Miss Hoffman and Mr. Beech as our assistant advisors. There were 40 am- bitious students in Mr. Schultz's and Mrs. Doak's homerooms. The elected officers were: president - Olive lNeyant: vice president - Donna Rossi sec- retary - Bonnie Millerg treasurer - Carolyn Miller. VVe were active in band, chorus, Viklet Staff, Stud- ent Council, intramural sports, cheerleading, basket- ball, and other clubs. This was a big year for us. The first event was receiving class rings. In April we presented our class play, Pride and Prejudice, which was a big success. In May we feted the seniors to a lovely prom. The class of 1958 had a total of 38 students. Mrs. Doak was our advisor and Miss Hoffman and Mr. Beech were our assistant advisors. Class officers were: president - Richard NValker3 vice president E Sandra Whitaker, secretary - Bonnie Millerg treasurer - Carolyn Miller. Four weeks after school started we all dressed in our best to get our pictures taken. In November we presented our play, Papa Says, No! We had fl magazine selling contest, held a square dance, sold ice cream and candy, had a lovely Christmas dance. and were active in band, chorus, F. F. A., F. H. A., Student Council, cheerleading, basketball, Viklet Staff, Chicahonian Staff, intramural sports, and other clubs. 'l he juniors honored us with a beautiful prom. XVC ended our happy school days with a trip to New York City.
