XVell. well, look what appears before my eyes. A modeling school. Many beautiful girls are going to and fro. Hut one in particular at- lt'1it'ls my attention. It is Iilaine Martin. She is about to step into her hnsband's car. She has beautiful. long hair. Her husband is Patil llisick. This scene is strange. I see a large college. I hear cheering. .-X football team runs on the field. followed by their proud coach, Patil Reese. I'aul and his team have won the na- tional championship for three consecutive years. I'aul's wife ,loanne waves frotu the bleachers. Beside hcr are their eight children. I see a lartn. It is a large western ranch. I he owner, driving along in a big roadster, is watching his crops being harvested. As he turns my way I see the face of I.eroy Smith. llis crops were verv successful again this year. 1 t There is a small, neat restaurant. I recog- nize the waitress as Irma Snyder. She is also cook. A child enters. Yes, Irma nods, this is one of tny three cherubsf' Her husband is the cashier for the establishment. The scene becomes noisy. People are yell- ing. .-X television show is abottt to begin. The Slill' is lfred NValker, who is the greatest come- dian on radio and television. I've just been told that Fred doesn't have a script. His show is ad libbed. I see a farm. a large farm. A woman is com- ing from the house. Two children are follow- ing her. Her lutsband is coming from the fields. He is Glenn XValker. His wife was Shir- ley Gibson. The scene swiftly changes. I see a red brick house. A woman comes to the door to meet her husband coming home from work. Kath- leen G. Illalker waves to her short husband. Ralph Stutzman. Do tny eyes deceive me or is that two boys and two girls standing in the doorway with Kate, yelling. I7addy ? Kate nods. Yes. They are hers. Into view comes a neat. little bakery. The owner seems to be out but, wait. here she comes. Kathleen R. Xvalker feels real proud of her shop. I am ina large ballroom. The band is about to play. The conductor steps forward. Yes. it's I.ee XValker! As I speed through tinte, I see a large city. My eyes catch tlte name of a person who is familiar, Richard XVilliams-Architect and Designer. Dick has made a name for himself. 5 4 I come to a red, brick bttngalow. A 'til Mer- cury is in the driveway and a Kaiser behind the Mercury. The family has gathered for Sunday dinner. The hostess is Doris XVilt, and I see her twin daughters. A baby cries. It is Doris' youngest child, a son. She is married to Ches Miller. Now the time has come when I tnust return to l95l. I don't have time for anything else, so, good-by!
