Hey, that guy just hooked Richie! Knock his head off. Hit him low. Let's go after 'em! How come we have to play so late at night and out here in the boondocks? Somebody move that guy out of the crease. That's it Davenport, put him in the boards. The way that guy looks, somebody al- ready skated over his face. Where's our coach, lay 'Boom Boom Willis?' Aww, he's probably still over at Gigi's with his pizza and COKE! Do you think we'll ever get drafted by the National Hockey League? No, but they may send us a sympathy card for the way we play! I feel like a duck in a shooting gallery. Be quiet Toycen and get that puck out of your mouth! Come on Marty, I thought we were gonna play hockey and not just fool around! The ice age is coming to Shamrock NOW! y gt yy J ' pt ile lutc l tQ.. r l,..,.., i if QP W 0 113

Hockey Hockey, a relatively new sport in the South, caught fire with the arrival of the Atlanta Flames. The ice age has now come to Shamrock in the form of the Shamrock Ice Dragons. Skat- ing at wee hours of night, the team has developed a group of falling down maniacs into a group who can now proudly call themselves - Hockey Players! The idea of a hockey team at Shamrock has lingered around for a couple of years, but it's taken time and determination to actually pull the team together. For sure, Football and Basket- ball are here to stay at Shamrock, but they'd bet- ter watch out for the new upcoming sport of ice hockey. Yes, as the Flames' publicity ads say, The Heat's On! vlx '35 , f I

My time was faster than yours and I lost. Let's swim relay's for practice today. How come we can cut out laps at practice but not at the meets? I don't like getting wet- can't wejust practice our mental attitude today instead of swimming? I.et's do dry land exercises. Why don't you let mejust win this race? rw t' it 1 ' c e C t F g W y N.
