The seventh and eighth grade science is geography, the study oi how liie varies according to climate, to en- vironments, and to resources of the earth. General science gives freshmen an introduction to physics, cheinistry, and biology. Sopho- inores have a choice ot bioag, a general and practically applied science, and biology, a de- tailed study ot the plant and animal kingdom. A wide and varied science course is available to juniors and seniors. Physical science is a combination of physics and chemistry, exclud- ing math. Chuck Strohm looks on with interest as Mr. Metcalfe makes a test for hydrogen following an experiment involving the electrolysis of water.
