Dr. Brand this year donated a icello, heretofore not one of the instruments used in the orchestra. A double bass violin is expected to be added, too. This organization has added spirit and melody to llaccalaureate and to all plays presented. 1113132 ftibapel Qlbnir The Chapel Choir, under the direction of Nr. Raymond llcll, consists of thirty-ive members and is the outstanding choral group of Shaler. They add spirit, rhythm and beauty to all programs in which they partake. Their favorite selections are Negro spirituals. The Qllbnrus The Shaler Choral groups include Mixed Chorus, Girls' Chorus, Boys' Chorus, and Freshman Chorus, all under the capable direction of Mr. G. Raymond Bell. They complete our school assemblies and chapel programs with appropriate songs for each particular occasion.
