and objectives Student Guidance . . . Juvenile delinquency hits the front pages of the newspapers. It is the unusual. What does not hit the front pages are the operations of service clubs, which stress character and citizenship. At the right, Jay Sload and Peggy Yoelson watch over their protege at the Hi-Y Orphans ' Party. Another unpubli- cized program is the guidance counsel which provides help and advice to students.
