As principal of Shatter High School since 1951, Dr. Iensen has been responsible for important growth and development in the school as a whole. . Expansion in courses of study, improvement in the curriculum, departmentalization of the tac- ulty and additions to the school plant are among his many achievements. Aside from his duties as administrator, Dr. Iensen has contributed much to the lite of the community and the prestige of Shat- ter High School as an active member oi many civic and professional organizations. As he advances to a new position as princi- pal ot the new Planz High School in Bakersfield, the school and the community extend to him their thanks and appreciation and wish him good luck in his new undertaking.
