Paradise I'm not looking for a golden gate Nor streets of gold, so cold, But for a little white gate covered with roses And a winding path bordered with flowers so bold. I'm not looking for a golden palace With its many beautiful rooms full of gloom, But for a small honey-suckle covered cottage With its few rooms perfumed with the honey-suckle's bloom Fm not looking for a perfect rose garden With its rows so stately and gay, But for an old-fashioned flower garden With its many sweet flowers in array. Foreword OR three years the Agricul- lgture department has had Winning teamsg they have seldom gone to the contests with- out returning victorious. Mr. Nay has been responsible for their success. The LAURION Staff has carried out the symbol of the Winning cup in honor of Mr. Nay's Work. We hope that Shafter High may always be the Winner, not only in the agricul- tural line, but also in everything else it attempts.
