Summer life When the finol school bell of the yeor rings, students everywhere fill their minds with the thoughts of sunshine, lokesides, summer comps ond jobs, ond the fun thot goes with these things! This post summer held the usuol octivities such os cheerleoding cheer comp, ASB-leodership comp ond Yeorbook, journolism comp. Highlonders who oren't troveling obout con usuolly be found ot work ot their fun-filled jobs, ot McDonold's, clothes stores or movie theoters, or woter skiing, hunk hunting, or just bosking in the sunshine ot the vorious beoches inthe surrounding oreo. Then there is the ever fomous drive-in theoters. Teenogers thrive in the films they show ot these theoters. Things like The Texos Choinsow Mossocre, Pironnho ll, or Breokin, Why? Summer is olso notorious for inspiring hundreds of summer loves. Whether it will be o hondsome ltolion you might meet on o cruise or the guy or girl you've got your eye on ot work, these summer flings olwoys promise to fill the worm summer nights with fun ond romonce. But sum- mer, like oll good things, hod to come to on end ond like summers before the post one, left us with mony hoppy ond worm memories to get us through the school yeor.
