Girls Leogue Promotes Mony Activities Fall Girls' League Officers for 1973 were Jean Conley-President, Wendie Luders- Vice President. Nora Carlson-Secretary, and Maureen McDowell-Treasurer. Elected last spring. they served during the first semester of school. During their time in office they sponsored the Big-Little Sister Con before school, started, which Q01 the new sophomore girls familiar with the various clubs and activities. Debbie Meir and Jolene Michelsen spoke at the Girls' State Con about their experiences at Girls' State. The Sadie Hawkins Dance was a great success with a vast participation in the costume contest. Other projects include the Dad-Daughter Dessert. a visit to Lakeland Village to take toys to the children and a Popcorn Ball sale in the commons before Christmas.
