SENIOR CLASS OFFICERS Secretary Nrls Ullmer Vuce Prestdent Wayne Conrad Presndent Marvun Schnetder and Treasurer Delores Vanden Langenberg SENIORS Hugh school lnfe was entnrely new for the one hundred and thnrty puzzled freshmen who enter ed Seymour Hrgh School on September 8 T950 We became better acqualnted soon however as lnltvatlon and the Freshman Sophomore party passed leaving many pleasant memorres wuth us We gauned recognltron when our homecomlng float won fnrst prnze That year our homecoming candrdates were Jerry Klarner and Beverly Bart man Our class presndent Chester Blass was outstanding an football until lnlurtes kept hum from the playing fneld The other class officers were vlce prestdent Janet Tubbs secretary Terry Kuehne and treasurer Glen Mullen Introducing the freshmen to the school was the fnrst task of our sophomore year Our home comrng candndates were Wayne Conrad and Judy Wurtzel The class offlcers chosen were Judy Burns presndent Wayne Conrad vrce prestdent Rnchard Mullen secretary and Jamce Tubbs treasurer Our class was full of polltncrans un our luntor year as we had four candudates for vrce president of Student Counctl The wrnnnng candudate was Steve Rohloff Our homecoming float with the slogan Watches Brew Makes Panther Stew won thrrd prnze In the parade Duane Wagner and Carol Jean Stephan: were our homecomung candt dates The major event of the year the Juntor Prom became a realrty on Aprrl 24 Jerry Smuth s orchestra supplied the music for the April In Parts theme Kay Plamann and Janet Tubbs rergned as kung and queen of the event Steve Rohloff class presldent was general charrman of the Prom Other offncers during thus Important year were Kay Plamann vuce president Pat Smlth secretary and Douglas Buttles treasurer One hundred members of our class were back for theur sensor year Rrchard Mullen and Betty Ranknn were ktng and queen of the homecomlng Steve Rohloff became prestdent of the Student Councrl Ralph Hallada and Judy Burns were co edrtors of the Rnpper whsle Nancy Burmelster edited the Blue Jay President of FHA was Mary Ann Strngle and Douglas Buttles was the pres: dent of FFA Page Ele e 5 1 1 , .
