Miss Hart directed the Glee Club girls from 1925 to 1929. Since the Cilee club has been organized the girls have entered the contests which have been held annually In the year of 1926 the girls won third place. In 1927 Seward won first place at Rockton with Miss Hart directing and Mrs. Chambers ac- companying them. The girls brought home the picture The Ozark Scene . which they kept for one year. The following year the contest was held at the Rockford High School auditorium with Miss Hart directing and Viola Falconer accompanying. Last year the contest was held at the Abraham Lincoln High School auditorium with the same director and pianist as on the previous year. ln the Glee Club this year there are eighteen girls, twelve of whom will com- pete with other schools April twenty-sixth.
