As a conlribulion lo humanily each year, lhe club sends gills lo lhe orphans al Chrislmas lime. ' Lasl bul nol leasl, in orden lo supplemenl ils lunds, L'Orillamrne has a cake sale, a boolh al lhe Sludenl Council Bazaar each spring, and as a lradilion ol lhe club, every year on March Isl, lhe members sell Lilies ol lhe Valley, LOS AMIGOS Al Sewanhaka lhere are lwo Spanish clubs, Los Amigos land Companeros. They are lwo separale clubs and should nol be conlused. Los Amigos is lhe lirsl year Spanish Club. ll is open lo all lirsl year Spanish slu- denls who are inleresled and helps lo promole friendship belween all beginning Spanish sludenls. This year lhe club was advised by Mrs. Gilberl who lried lo make lhe language and lhe people speaking il more inleresling and beller underslood by lhe club members. Nexl year lhis year's Los M ,,c, Amigos members will pass on lo lhe olher Spanish Club which is lor lhe more advanced sludenls.

EPSILON HI-Y Epsilon l-li-Y has done a fine piece of work 'rhis pasf year in connecfion wifh +he counlry's an- nual Tuberculosis Campaign. The members did much fo publicize fhe greaf need for money in carry- ing on 'fhis work by making speeches and giving shorf falks in various parfs of our disfricf. The splendid work done fhis pasf year, is an excellenf example of fha Hi-Y's purpose fo promofe cilizenship in fhe school and in fhe communify. The officers were: Roberi' McQueen, President Charles Koechling, Vice-President Donald Zaun, Secrefaryq and Larry Sfransky, Treasurer. Their advisor was Mr. Nelson. THETA HI-Y Thefa l-li-Y has parlicipafed in many evenrs during fhe pasf year. One of Them was fo Take an acfive par? in bundle week. They senf a delegafe fo fhe sfafe l-li-Y Conven+ion af Albany and also senf a represenfafive fo fhe Nassau Airea l-li-Y Coun- cil. They also sponsored fhe March of Dimes Drive.
