During The winTer They wenT To see Up ln CenTral Park aT which all enioyed Themselves. ln March, The girls sponsored Their annual MoTher and DaughTer Tea. The purpose oT Omega l-li-Y is To be of service To The school and To promoTe friendship, good-will and Tea in OcTober. IT helped during Bundle Week ChrisTianiTy. ' BETA HI-Y This one of The eighT T-li-Ys in school had many acTiviTies This year. lT gave boT-h a Freshman Tea and a MoTher and DaughTer Tea Tor members and Their moThers. IT sponsored The annual Hobo Dance wiTh a boy's T-li-Y. The BeTa girls also were very paTrioTic, and helped wiTh War STamp sales. IT, like many clubs, had a ChrisTmas ParTy. The TheaTre Trip and especially The annual Tashion show was someThing To rave about The purpose oT This very acTive club is To be oT service To The school and communiTy: To develop characTer and promoTe ideals of good living. The members did much fo publicize fhe greaf need for money in carry- ing on 'fhis work by making speeches and giving shorf falks in various parfs of our disfricf. The splendid work done fhis pasf year, is an excellenf example of fha Hi-Y's purpose fo promofe cilizenship in fhe school and in fhe communify.
