The Council is primarily responsible To The Corps and has no puniTive powers, iTs TuncTion being enTirely invesTigaTive and advisory. Now as Then The purpose is To serve as a linlc beTween The Su- perinTendenT and The CadeT Corps, Through The Council The SuperinTendenT obTains The ideas and senTimenTs OT The CadeT Corps on cerTain issues which he may bring beTore The Council. CadeTs may make proposals To The Council which are con- sidered by The Council and Then iT passed senT on To The Su- perinTendenT. The members oT The Council are selecTed so ThaT all organiza- Tions oT The Corps are represenTed. These organizaTions are grouped under The TiTle OT social, moral, miliTary, or service. The members are noT allowed To wear any insignia or emblem Tor Their service. The Council cannoT hold any social TuncTions or go on any Tund raising campaigns. This is done so ThaT The members will noT lose sighT oT Their main obiecTive ThaT being service To The Corps and The SuperinTendenT, Col.
