MARCHING BAN The Marching Band got off to a late start this year due to the change of band directors. They provided entertainment, though, at most of the home football games, and joined the Annapolis High School Band at the Turkey Day Game. F.B.L.A. DECA Distributive Education Clubs of America known as DECA identifies a program of youth activities relating to DE and is designed to develop future leaders for marketing and distribution. It encourages group participa- tion, leadership development, career study and is recognized as a vital part of the total Distributive Educa- tion Program. A D ontrilautes 1o.the schooli purpose oipreggriig well-adjusted citizens for its community. As members, they learn to serve as leaders and followers. As these talents develop, there is opportunity for state and national recognition-through the state and national DECA organization-that members would not have otherwise. It provides scholarship loan awards for deserving students who meet qualifications.
