HAROID RUTH, Assistant in Administration Mr. Roth, the Student Council Advisor and a former History teacher at SPI-IS, is a well -known figure around the school. He was born in Northampton, Pennsylvania , and obtained an AB degree at Muhlenberg College where he ma- jored in Social Studies. Mr. Roth re ce ived his MFA in Secondary School Administration and Super- vision from the University of Mary- land. CHARLES S, WHITE, Supervisor of Instruction Mr, White, another new staff member at SPHS, came to us from Glen Burnie High School. Sometimes he is noticed slipping quietly into the back of class- rooms, observing teachers and students. He was born in Baltimore, and obtained his BS at Towson, majoring in History.
