Quill and Scroll The Quill and Scroll is a national journalistic hon- or society. Membership is awarded for substantial and outstanding contribu- tions to journalistic issues. Eligible students must be juniors or seniors and have worked on EMBERS, TAL- ON, and CAULDON staffs.
