This team could not enter into league competition because of the fact that three players on the squad of thirteen candidates were slightly over weight. The first game was played with St. Paul at Mt. Washington with a score of 7-0 in favor of the Severn Midgets. After the start of the conflict there was no doubt as to the outcome of the struggle for Les Petits Severnitesn outplayed and outclassed the St. Paulitans. Time after time they carried the ball on line rushes and end runs up to the ten yard line, where becoming over anxious they fumbled the ball. St. Paul would then punt out of danger and the rush down the held would begin all over again. This happened throughout the remainder of the game. The second game was played at McDonogh with McDonogh at the short end of the score of 27-0. Severn rushed the ball down the field each quarter for a tally.
