LIBRARY COUNCIL The Library Council of Seton is synonymous with Loyalty, Courtesy, and Service. Most people look at the neatly arranged rows of books and admire the bulletin boards, but few realize that credit for this goes to a staff of outstanding Seton- ites who volunteer service for two hours a week before or after school. These girls service the library and process new books. They enjoy nib- bling on cookies from the famous 'cCookie Jarf' plan weinie roastsi' at Seton Institute, attend conventions with the Poly boys, make merry at the annual Christmas party, soothe their tired nerves with Bing Crosby recordingsg and in gen- eral keep Seton High students fancy-free and book-wise. President, Patricia Smith, and Vice- President, Mary Lynch, are two of the hard- working girls who can be seen in the library almost any morning or afternoon. Members of the Library Council happily serve themselves at the holiday party. v-'g--..-, , 2, fx' .141 V..-'fax-X -, s K4 ,- X'il.fX i1.'Qllai2 2 fifjgf K .fit f :V----fi.,-r A
