THE SENIOR ASSEMBLY The Senior Assembly led the student body back through the years to the old South. A minstrel show was the basis for the entertain- ment and songs by Stephen Foster were featured. ln pleasing contrast were the crazy antics of the end-men and the professional-like singing of the soloist. Our last memories of assemblies will be our own senior assembly. Our joyous voices ex- pressed our jubilation in a minstrel show. Anita Lombardi and her hill-billy band, Sarah Poehler and her high-steppers, the Day twins, and Bar- bara Barretto's comedy are affairs to remember. Each senior will carry with her when she leaves the sanctuary of Seton the remembrance of these moments of gayety which enlighten the arduous tasks of students. The Senior band led by Setie tiger play everything from castinets to tubas while enter- taining their audience.
