Athletic Assvciufian To foster good sportsmanship in competitive sports is the primary purpose of the Athletic Association. lts various activities cover a wide range from ping-pong to kick-ball. Under the leadership of Mrs. Bell and the A.A. officers the program has extended tremendously this year. Swimming and tumbling have been added as extra-curricular activities. Volley ball and tennis are now included in the regular class periods. During the spring season physical education classes have had the opportunity of partici- pating in two sports. Special tournaments have been conducted with the winners enjoying a special treat in class. Several students received intra-mural ratings in basketball which entitles them to referee games within the school.
