Urchvsfra Assembly programs are brightened by the spirit and color of the Orchestra. Many long hours cf rehearsing are spent by each member as she realizes that practice makes perfect. The year's planning and work is highlighted by the annual trip to Catholic University in Washington where a trio of famous teachers and musicians this year awarded the rating of Superior to the Senior Orchestra and f'Excellent to the Junior group. The Dance Band and the Marching Band have given much enjoyment to 'the student body by their performances at the basketball games and dances held at Seton this year. An outstanding event was playing for the Marian Fashion Show at the T956 Marian Congress. Under the direction of James G. Hipp and moderated by Sister Anna Mae, both orchestra groups boast a record of popularity and success never equalled in previous years. Talent, charm and the direction ol Mr. Hipp bring Seton's orchestra close to perfection
