All Share in piritual Council Keeping alive the spirit of Catholi- cism, the Spiritual Council urges Se- tonians to a closer union with God through prayer and sacrifice. Rosaries recited by different home- rooms during October ascended daily to Our Lady from Sacred Heart Chapel. A corner of Madonna Foyer was se- lected as the setting for the Christ Childis crib. Advent sacrifices offered by the girls filled the manger with straw. In the picture below, council officers-Treasurer Joan Frazer, Secre- tary Barbara Detzel, President Eileen Branigan, and Vice-president Jean Gasdorf-arrange pine boughs and put final brush strokes on the Bethlehem scene. Elsewhere Advent wreaths were lighted and prayers recited over the intercom system. Sally Seton programs featured Mary Lynne Phillips and Toni Cianciolo as Sally, Janet Tiettmeyer and Joyce Riv- ers as her angelg Mary Durkin as nar- rator. Sister Mary Ann was moderator for the group.
