With the minded that OAZU ompgfea i .yin wary of celebration of the Sesquicentennial of the State of Ohio, we are re- Ohio has finished its first fifteen decades. True to the Blessed Mother, to whom our country is dedicated, Ohio has had its joyful, sorrowful and glorious mysteries. Joyful were the days of early exploration and settlements. Sorrowful indeed, were those days when North and South met in the deadly grasp of a Civil War. Glorious have been the days as Ohio went on building Churches and Schools, hospitals, nurseries, homes for the aged, the poor, and the afflicted. Ohio takes its place in the forerank with the States. Her homes have given Presidents to the United States, Priests to our parishes, Sisters to our schools and institutions, and Bishops to our dioceses. 4 7 mic mawfro, pgaae. The Glee Club, composed of sophomores and freshmen, has brought many honors to Seton. They have participated in several recitals and programs. They sang at the Marian Day celebration held at Xavier University, and they, as crusaders, Went to sing for the sick and aged in hospitals during the Christmas season and also at Easter time. The Glee Club is under the direction ot Sister Michael Marie.
