It is for this reason that we dedicate this book to him, Mr. Edward Hendrickson. His close friends say that he has found his ‘ fountain of youth ’ in working with college students. Indeed he is youthful for he possesses the ability to be both a friend and an administrator to us.

• ••« Recently to Seton Hall a man has come who seems to have a rare quality. He is a man who has shown us what life is all about. W e admire him as one who has meaning in his own life and who has conveyed this meaning to those around him.

So we learn from him how to communicate with people. There are times when you surround your- selves with many people, and everything is good and beautiful. You for- get all your problems be- cause now they seem so insignificant. You wish that you could be this way forever. You wish that you could go back to the beginning and start the good times all over again. In these days when an administrator has to earn the respect and faith of those he guides, Mr. Hendrickson has been able to rise above the mire of the Establishment to manifest his integrity. He does this all by being himself at all times. .ft
