VERY REVEREND MONSIGNOR JOSEPH P. TUITE We of the Prep., were both pleased and saddened by the appointment of the Very Rev. Msgr. Joseph P. Tuite to the post of Superintendent of the Archdiocesan Schools. Dr. Tuite, who succeds the late Rt. Rev. Msgr. William F. Lawlor, had served as assistant superintendent and for eighteen years had been an instructor in Latin and Religion. Msgr. Tuite will be long remembered hy the freshmen whom he kindly initiated into the myster- ies of high school. We, the Class of 1960,congratulate and wish him success. 9
