TOM MATELLA. VICE-PRESIDENT JIM MILLER. PRESIDENT Seniors 1969 The school year of 1968-69 marks the termination of the Senior class' participation in Servite life. Certainly the last four years were not wasted. Much growth and learning has taken place. But now, Uie Seniors must depart Servite High School and look to the future, hopefully to an intense, meaningful life. Perhaps from the words in the following passage of Ecclesiastes, each senior may find the strength to break past ties and move forward. There is a season for everything, a time for every occupation under heaven: A time for planting, a time for uprooting what has been planted. A time for tears, a time for laughter; A time for searching, a time for losing; A time for keeping, a time for throwing away. Each senior who receives that hard-won diploma at the close of his high school education knows that he faces a much more challenging battle ahead. It is hoped that Servite has instilled in him the armor with which to meet his new life head on and to conquer its difficulties.
