To catch things as they once were is a task for poets - and cameras. Let this yearbook recall the entire scope of our emotions and capture forever the fleeting moments of these years of our youth. Times Signs are symbols of our times. They tell us where we are, and where we have been. The peace sign has been around since the sixties and rockets have become commonplace. Broken Arrow is happiness , but the annual staff had to search Tulsa for the perfect marquee for our cover and theme. Tracy Smith, sixth grader, submitted the winning design for the student council Sequoyah flag contest. The design will be altered and made into a flag to fly above our school. Pop, pizza and burgers have become a part of our fast-paced lives and anyone knows to slow down in a school zone. mar' .
