Ralph Baender Commissioner of Welfare Among ihe dufies ol Raloh Baender, Commissioner of Welfare, was presiding over lhe meefings of lhe Board of Commissioners and all sludeni assemblies. He also was an unofficial member of all commiilees here al Sequoia. He was responsible for all fhe work of ihe olher nine Commis- sioners and worked closely wirh lhem foward mainlaining a high slandard of fellowship wilh ofher schools. Ralph did an excellenf iob in organizing ihe Sfudenl Conference, which was held lasf April 15. He and lhe olher sludeni' leaders made greai' progress in solving lhe problem of lagging school spiril.
