Kath- leen Priest. Charley Munroe. Mr. Blore. Slacfenll C' 'Z The Student Council this year was composed of student body officers, class representatives. club presidents. class presidents, annual editor, business manager of the annual, editor of the school paper, one yell leader twho remains in student council all yearl, and our advisor, Mr. Blore. Meetings were usually once a week with our student body presi- dent presiding. at which time we helped prepare business for the student body meetings. This year the Student Council was given the privilege of deciding to whom the annual would be dedicated. In the past years this has been the job of the Senior Class, or the Annual Staff. During the year some of the important things we discussed were the Homecoming Game. the buying of a popcorn popper, and the formal dance in May. This year it was decided that the .lunicr n a id Seniors would give the dance together May 26. Th: 'e was much discussion on this matter, but the motion was passed by all the classes and the Student Council. Also in Student Council it was dec.ded thal plaques would be awarded to the Seniors at the end ol' the year who had then taken part in a major and minor sport or activity or held office. VVe want to congratulate thc- Student Council for their fine work in taking care of the many problems that come up. VVe think this year is marked by many fine accomplishments.
