tidminiAihcriw The Bitter Root is a record of the entire student body, rather than just a few. It is certainly evident after looking at this historical volume that no one person could possibly have a monopoly on leadership. Nor can any given group or classification of personnel be cited as the leaders in the school. There have been and there are great leaders among the students at all levels, yet I wish to pay tribute to those who have gone about their business in a constructive way as well as to those whose names are synonymous with leadership.
