William Corts Alice Dupont President Secretary Helen Weinricll James Johnson Treasurer Vice-President SENIOR CLASS, JANUARY, 1941 'S As time rolls on and graduates pour forth from our alma mater, again we look upon the liveliest graduating class in many years. Spirit, enthusiasm, zest, and social fervor, were the key-notes of our fellow-students. Out of this class of 298, 36 ranked for the national honor society, and we might add, most of them were girls. Days and days fled by as the officers prepared entertainment programs for the stu- dents, arranged for the prom, luncheon, and graduation. The class promenade was held at the beautiful and spacious Boulevard room of the Stevens Hotel. A grand treat was in store for all who attended that unforgettable night of January 28, 1941. The luncheon proved to be a huge success at the Marine dining- room in the Edgewater Beach Hotel, with Ray Ponds and his orchestra, and lastly, graduation, January 30, 194-1. Talent from every corner of the school provided excellent entertainment throughout the semester. Dr. Samuel Burkholder and his chorus gave us all a pleasant surprise when the Mikado was featured during the fall. Sports achievements were the high- lights for many months. So again we shall look back on our high school days, happy memories will we beckon at every turn we make, whether our fall be upward or downward during life's busy course, Senn High will always linger on.
