The club-sponsored by Mrs. loyce Gamble-was first formed to bring to- gether those students to various ethnic backgrounds. ln the past, EAC has participated in community projects, given Black Histo- ry programs, and engaged in many fun- draisers to contribute to the Seneca Valley Minority College Fund and the United Negro College Fund. This year, activities included making fruit baskets for the senior citizens at Xmas, taking an historical trip to the home of Frederick Douglass, presenting an assembly plus other related activities during Black History Month, and putting on the an- nual spring fashion show. A new feature was the production of the Ms. Seneca Contest open to all students and spon- sored exclusively by the Ethnic Aware- ness Club.
