-l Golf Takes State! This year's Golf Team was the strongest Seneca has seen yet. They finished with a final record of 19-1 and a first in the State Tournament. The top four players were Clare Dolan, Ed Dolan, john Nelson and Steve VanZutphen, with David Gu- larson and Randy Barnes as alternates. The State Tournament was a fantastic display of talent. This talent was evident through the entire season. . The team was very close, like a family. They supported and helped each other. The team had strength and depth, and that's what made this season a success! says Coach Tur- bull. There were some disappointing moments. These came when the undefeated team lost the last match of the regular season and when they lost the County Championships by one stroke.
