The NIROTC float gets ready to make its way around the track. 3. jeff Hoes and Ernite Frazier make their last homecom- ing the best ever , , , ff? The exciting week of homecoming fi- nally came to an end on Saturday night, with the Homecoming dance. The gym was filled and not even the heat could stop the couples from dancing the night away. The theme song was Ain't No Stoppin' Us and the students proved that to be true. To cool off be- tween dances many couples took a Homecoming stroll by the wishing well. The last dance came too soon and most couples left for other parties to continue the celebration. It was a bittersweet mo- ment for the seniors, who knew that this would be their last Homecoming at Seneca. At least they made it one to remember.

fi ifltlf 1 K . 5 I N Y spirited crowd joins in the cheer. 2. Valerie Lewis and Brian Rowland dance the night away. 1. All for the Eagles stand up and lean. The 1. Keith Brownell helped decorate the homecoming float for IROTC. 2. New Homecoming Queen, Patrice King gets crowned by last year's queen Davika Parikh. An outer space planet was invented by the juniors, with a space ship, and break-dancing space men. The seniors made a graveyard scene, including a coffin and tombstones with various monsters and creatures wandering around. The competition was again very close. The classes were eagerly an- ticipating the judges' decision at half- time ofthe game. The seniors won the judges over and won Spirit Week with a clean sweep in all categories. ,,- in . if A .- t Ns-4 , . The football team, however, was not as lucky as the seniors when they lost a hard--fought battle, 7-0. The floats were not the only halftime festivities. The royal court was intro- duced and last year's queen, Devika Parikh announced the winners. Hope Emerick was voted as the crowned princess and senior class Vice President Patrice King was given the honor of Queen. Senior class president Eric Mc Donald received the title of King.
