Season Ends In A Bang!! 1. After a hard game, the team celebrates in their victory. 2. Steve Taylor gets his opponent out on third and saves the game. Varsity Baseball had one of the best seasons even with a record of 12-5. They took the last seven regular season games, and beat Springbrook in the playoffs. It took skill and determination from the whole team to make it the winning season it turned out to be. The coach of the team, Mr. Long said After a slow start the team really came on at the end of the season and went to the AA Regional Championships. In a close game they lost to High Point at the Regionals. The captain of the team was Steve Taylor, and co-captain was Andrew Kornreich. Named most valuable was, Andy Malloy. The lead pitcher and hit- ter was Randy Ramsey and Troy Plum- mer. Even with the teams ups and down, they never seemed to lose the spirit and determination common at Seneca Valley.
