fa! 'Y me X an ff f Wim Taking Time Out Taking time out from studies is a favorite pastime for many of us at Seneca Valley. Our first time out of the day arrives at our ever-loved flex. Flex is a time to catch up on all the new gossip, laugh with friends, get a bite to eat, and in some cases a last minute chance to complete homework. But flex seems to end as soon as it starts, and friends would have to wait, and save their stories for another time, usually lunch. Lunchtime at Seneca is an event not to be missed. Long lunch lines, people constantly coming and go- ing, but most of all FUN! Laughter is a familiar sound to our cafeteria, and to the students. Once again it was time to socialize with friends and catch up on the day s happenings. Taking time out is an everyday occurance in a day of the life of an Eagle. Soaring Spirits Spirit soared high in the junior class. Enthusiasm could be detected at foot- ball games where juniors rocked the bleachers. A special electricity charged the air during Homecoming Week, when the juniors showed their spirit by wearing everything from hats and shades to trashbags. This year there was a lot more spirit during the Home- coming festivities than in the previous year, said one junior enthusiast. The enthusiasm did not end with football gamesg it continued into the basketball season and throughout the rest of the year. Sooky Park shows her enthusiasm.
