During her 11th grade year she began playing on the co-ed volleyball team, as well as the girls team. She also became a member of the Ethnic Aware- ness Club. In her senior year Tresa con- tinued her involvement with the Ethnic Awareness Club. She also became a member of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored Per- sons. She was recognized for the National Achievement Scholarship Program for Out- standing Negro Students. In her spare time Tresa enjoys playing the clarinet and tennis.
