The members were Kristi UJhitehill, junior, Staci Conduff, junior, Beth Ann Campbell, freshmon, ond Michael Steele, sophomore. They were headed by Mr. Charles Henderick ond his wife Judy. Horold Reeves, pastor of Hottle Springs Church Of Christ also attended the trip, ond drove the von that his church furnished. UJhen they first arrived in Cureko Springs the group went to the All Gloss Church, then offer visiting there, they went into town to do some shopping while they were waiting for the Passion Ploy to start ot 8:30 that evening. Another new event was introduced to the Fellowship of Christion Athletes members when the area churches decided to serve the members of the club with o light breakfast at their early morning meetings. Another successful year for the newly started club was headed by Brian Yust. President, Kristi UJhitehill. Vice President, ond Staci Conduff, Secretory.

MOCCASIN PRINT CELEBRA TES 55th YEAR A T SHS By Joey Splva. junior The MOCCASIN PRINT is going into its 55th year as a tradition at Seneca High. The first newspaper was issued October 10. 1930. The staff included Marie Fstlll. Editor-In-Chief. Edna Porter. Art Editor. Velda Huh' typist. Jewell Dobbs, assistant typist, and Loren Blaine, Printer. The newspaper went unnamed for a period of time. They held a contest for suggestions of the best name for the paper. Several names were given, but only the best was chosen. “Moccasin Print”. Some of the articles that were in the first addition consisted of the following: “Ministrel Takes Place of Annual Carnival”. “Seneca Trounces Wyandotte”, and “Better Spelling”. Another article in the paper was titled “Our Paper”. It told about the main purpose of the paper which was to let the parents and the community know what they were doing in school. And it gave the students a chance for self expression on the improvement of the school, and the activities in the school. Seniors Karla Mailes. Brenda Lankford, and Tammy Holcomb find examples for the yearbook.
