Don't Rain on Our Parade By Doug Skaggs The victorious Seneco UJrestling Team was welcomed home Sunday February 10 by the Seneco High School bond and a large crowd of happy and loyal fans. The motmen hod the pleasure of o police escort and o roadblock In the middle of Main Street. The celebration then proceeded to the Council House where the wrestlers and coaches were recognized ond interviewed by KOD6 ond KSN. The motmen would like to soy thanks for oil the support during the season ond the welcome home which we will always remember.

(Photo Moeller) by STUCO HAS BUSY FALL 8y Beth Moeller Student Council members out did themselves this foil uuith o busy homecoming week ond o Senior Citizens Banquet all within o month's time. football players, coaches, cheerleaders, and queen candidates from the 1964 football season were brought back and honored on football homecoming day. The day marked the twenty year anniversary of Seneca's last undefeated football team. Bn entire day had been planned for the Rlumni beginning with a catered lunch in the Home economics room followed by a tour of the school. Bn extra long pep roily was held in their honor with cheers ond skits. That night at holf time of the gome the team, cheerleaders, and queen candidates from the 1964 season were escorted on to the field by STUCO members where they were presented with framed resolutions. Three weeks later members were busy collecting gifts os door prizes from area merchants to be given away at the annual Senior Citizens Banquet. That evening at the banquet, the Swing Choir and Leonard Smith, a one armed fiddler, along with his wife, Francis provided some folk music. In December, members Decked the Halls. Lights, ornaments, garland, and tinsel were drug out of storage and joyfully strung throughout the gym lobby. 8 Student Council Members: Vice President Beth Moeller, Chad Nolan, Deron Burr, President Steve Harrington, Seantel Potton, Ken Platner, Greg Bujewski.
