President Carolyn Barthel and Advisor Ted Yeager ICC The Inter Club Council - better known as the ICC -is a very impor- tant club at Seminole High School. All of its members are the vice-presi- dents of Seminole High School clubs. The main responsibility of the ICC is the regulation of activity points. This club is the most effective way for all the clubs at Seminole High School to keep in constant communication with each other.
