MESSAGE TO STUDENTS The members of the Chieftain Staff are to be commended in their skill and diligence in catching and recording the highlights of the school year. The interesting personalities and experiences which these pages call to mind will be continuing sources of pleasure for all of us. lndividual and team achievements in the classroom and in extra- class activities reflect the superior talent, industry and spirit of the students and teachers of Seminole High School. V-- MESSAGE TO STUDENTS ' The great minds of our day are continually searching for ways and means to improve the standards of mankind and make his efforts of greater consequence. Among the many traits and es- sentials upon which all thinking people are agreed, cofoperation and diligence to the task at hand are perhaps predominant. The ChieftainH annual exemplifies and embodies to the fullest ex- tent the results of co-operative and constant labor. lt bespeaks progress and growth for all those who have given of their time and efforts that we may have a condensed record of the events of our school year. The requirements of education are rapidly growing and our re- sponsibilities to society are ever on the increase. The Chieftain yearbook and the activities it portrays are concrete evidence that those in command are ever mindful and desirous of doing a job well. l am grateful to the Chieftain staff who have made this an- nual possible.
