These commissions make recommendations for discussion in the General Assembly, and submit ideas, through the General Commissioner, to the Steering Com- mittee. Scott and Michelle represent Schome at meetings attended by students from the high schools in the Western Confer- ence. ldcas on activities and solving problems are exchanged at these Inter-high Council meetings.
