Although the season was not successful by won-lost standards, the team did improve over last year and with a few more timely breaks the team could have easily made it to the District Playoffs. Kim Arnason was the only indi- vidual player on the Mariner squad to receive special honors for outstanding play. He was voted to the All-Conference first team.
