After a “totally” fun-filled summer, we came back to this “grody” school. “Like gag me with a |? spoon, for sure!” We arrived while practically still in Au- Sust waving our parking per- mits, a real sign of our status. Being “super” seniors, we'll find a way to make this year exciting. Already, things have gotten off to a great start. Proofs are arriving in the mail daily and wallet size shots are eagerly autographed and distributed to friends and foes alike. On the social scene, a certain Mr. Zaretsky has received a bal- loon bouquet. Really girls! A Simple card would have been sufficient. Also, a well-known supplementary photographer for the yearbook, tired from all her strenuous picture-taking, decided to cool herself off with a quick dip in the pool, clothes and all. Some people will do anything for a drink! The counselors are sooo en- couraging, telling us how bad our chances are of being accepted to the school of our choice and “cheerfully” stres- sing the lack of financial aid. Knough of this grim news. Coming up are countless acti- vities which will give us a chance to make our mark in school history: senior supper, homecoming, yearbook dis- tribution day, class night, se- nior prom, and finally GRAD- UATION. By the time this book is read, everyone will have their own personal memories of these events.
