In accepting the new position of Vice-Prin- cipal for the school year 1964-65, I am proud to continue to be a part of the growth and tra- dition of Sedro Woolley High School. A new gymnasium, science building, stu- dent center and other improvements are in- dicative of the spirit of the parents and the associated students. Every facet of this school, clubs, athletic teams, and student body, combined with com- munity interest, help maintain this interest and spirit to which end we all must work to- gether. Arthur Bagley Vice-Prine ipal If Ihad the chance to do it over again, I would work harder and take greater advan- tages of the opportunities offered. These words are almost universally stated by stu- dents that have been out of high school a few years. The opportunities offered in a modern com- prehensive high school are many and varied. For a student who is interested and uses his ability, the avenues of study and enjoyment open to him are unlimited. Programs are designed to develop each young person to cope rationally with his or her role in the future. For the senior. . .it is too late. For the underclassman there is still time. Will you be one who wishes high school could be re- peated, or will you stand secure in the fact that you did your best? Your Kumtux staff and advisor have created with words and pictures an excellent account of the record you have achieved in high school. It is my sincere hope that each of you will look at this record with pride. George Bricka Principal
